By creating an account, posting a listing or simply browsing Makaan Lo, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Makaan Lo is a property portal that connects buyers, sellers, renters, agents and agencies across Pakistan. We provide listing publication, search and communication tools. We are a marketplace platform — we do not own, sell or rent the properties listed, and we are not a party to any transaction between users.
All listings are created by users. You are responsible for ensuring that your listing is accurate, lawful and up to date, including the price, location, size and ownership details. Photos you upload must be of the actual property or clearly marked otherwise. We may review, edit, reject or remove any listing that appears misleading, incomplete or in violation of these terms, without prior notice.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at info@makaanlo.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.
You agree not to: post false or fraudulent listings; upload content you do not own or have rights to; harass, threaten or abuse other users; send spam or unsolicited commercial messages; attempt to disrupt, hack or scrape the platform; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in content removal and account termination.
Basic listing and browsing are currently free. Certain premium services, such as featured listings or agency packages, may carry fees, which will always be shown clearly before you confirm a purchase. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, except where required by law.
The Makaan Lo name, logo, design and all platform content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without written permission. By posting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute and promote that content on and through our platform.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or transactions. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
Makaan Lo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the identity of users or the outcome of any transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the platform. Always verify property documents independently before making payment.
